Songwriters in Seattle

Board of Directors

Travis Palmer

Travis Palmer is the current president of the board of Songwriters in Seattle and has been writing songs since he picked up a guitar in 2007. His musical dedication has led him to obtain a master’s degree in piano performance with a focus in jazz and improvisational music. He has been a music educator since 2017 and that has led him to many fun musical places in various states. Travis’ true passions are songwriting and music education, and he writes music for his current band, the Travis Palmer Band.

Todd has been with SIS since it’s earliest inception. He’s been writing songs most of his life and has an amazing lack of stage fright. He lives in Seattle and fronts the musical group “Don’t Ask.” Learn more about Todd at reverbnation.com/ToddChristoffel.

GriffinGriffin

Eccentric and eclectic, Griffin is a singer-songwriter, producer, and general creator. His alter ego is a writer of fiction, code, and technical documents. Born and raised in the Northwest, he loves clouds and rain because they provide an excuse to stay in and play piano or guitar. Then again, he thinks that the sun is a great excuse to ride his motorcycle or play music outside. Griffin joined Songwriters in Seattle in early 2013 and has become very active as a volunteer.
